Contact us

E-mail support@megizi-studio.com with your device model, your iOS version and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords or payment card details: we never need them. We reply by e-mail, but we cannot promise a reply time.

Jigglow is published by Suki Tai, trading as Megizi Studio.

Getting started

  1. Choose a picture on Home or in Browse.
  2. Choose how many pieces you want. The setup screen suggests how many suit your screen, and you can still choose any count it shows.
  3. Drag pieces from the drawer at the bottom of the screen onto the board. They snap into place when they are close. Pinch to zoom and drag to pan around the board.
  4. Your progress saves automatically on your device. Home shows the puzzle you were working on first.

Snap assistance, preview style, drawer behaviour and the timer can be changed in Settings.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. Jigglow has no account or login.

Where is my progress saved?

On your device only. Deleting the app deletes it, and Jigglow does not sync progress between devices. iOS may include the app’s data in your device backups; we do not control that.

Which devices and languages are supported?

iPhone and iPad with iOS 15.0 or later. Jigglow is available in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. It follows your device language; to change it, open Settings → Language in the app.

A picture needs to be downloaded. What does that mean?

Some pictures are built into the app; others are downloaded from our server when you choose them. Downloading needs an internet connection and enough free space on your device, and paid pictures also need a purchase check with our server (see the Privacy Policy). If a download does not finish, tap Try again; nothing is removed when a download fails.

If it keeps failing, check your connection and free space, make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy, try Restore Purchases, and e-mail us with your device model, iOS version and the picture’s name.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Settings → Purchases → Restore Purchases. The steps are on the Restore purchases page.

I paid, but VIP, a Pack or Remove Ads is not showing

The App Store can take a moment to confirm a purchase; please do not buy it again. Then open Settings → Purchases → Restore Purchases and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account. If it is still missing, e-mail us the product name and the date of purchase.

What do VIP, Premium Packs and Remove Ads include?

VIP (a monthly or yearly subscription) unlocks the VIP-only collections and switches off the automatic ads between puzzles. Premium Packs are separate one-time purchases; each unlocks its own pictures for good, with or without VIP. VIP does not include Premium Packs. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that switches off the automatic ads between puzzles for good; it does not unlock VIP collections or Packs. Prices and details are on the Subscription information page.

How do I cancel VIP?

Apple manages subscriptions. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Jigglow VIP and tap Cancel Subscription. In Jigglow, Settings → Purchases → Manage Subscription opens Apple’s subscription settings for you. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you cancel, you keep VIP until the end of the period you have paid for.

What happens to my puzzles when VIP ends?

VIP collections lock again, including VIP puzzles you had already started. Your saved progress is kept, and it is all still there if you subscribe again. Packs and Remove Ads you have bought are not affected.

How do I get a refund?

Apple, not us, handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, the matching benefit ends.

Are there ads?

Jigglow shows ads from Google AdMob before you start a new puzzle and after you finish one. They never appear while you are solving a puzzle or when you resume a saved one. VIP and Remove Ads switch off these automatic ads. Where Google’s consent platform requires it, Jigglow asks for your consent before requesting ads, and you can review your choice in Settings → Legal → Privacy options when that row is shown. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I report an inappropriate ad?

To report an inappropriate ad, e-mail support@megizi-studio.com with the time and what the ad showed. If an ad displays an AdChoices icon, you can also tap it to see Google’s options for that ad.

Are the pictures AI-generated?

Yes. Puzzle artwork is AI-generated using OpenAI image generation tools and curated by Megizi Studio. The pictures are not hand-painted or illustrated by a human artist. See Content and AI disclosure.

What data does Jigglow use?

See the Privacy Policy. In short: there is no account, your progress stays on your device, some pictures are downloaded from our server, and ads come from Google.

Who is Jigglow for?

A general audience. Jigglow is not directed to children.

Are there accessibility settings?

In Settings → Accessibility you can turn on Reduce motion and a High contrast interface. Jigglow also follows your iOS text size setting (Dynamic Type).

A picture seems to infringe my rights

E-mail us the picture’s name and what you believe is infringed. We will review it and, where appropriate, remove it.

How do I delete my data or make a privacy request?

Jigglow has no account. Deleting the app removes its data from your device. For privacy requests e-mail us; your rights are described in section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
